Rose & Amla Gardens – Pushkar
Known for its beautiful farming of Indian roses, the Pushkar region is a major producer of Amlas/ Indian gooseberries and roses used in the production of rose water and Gulkand- a major sweet pan/ betel leaf ingredient and a traditional Indian dessert. A walk amidst rows of roses is one of the most calming experiences.The farms also produce Amla that is recommended highly in Ayurveda for its medicinal properties.
