This Puja involves Tarpan, Sankalp & Aashirwaad- the offering of water to a god of choice, an oath towards a good future and a blessing. The following ingredients will be used as per the Puja- Pushkar water/ Raw cow’s milk, rose water, curd, sandalwood, flowers, incense sticks, lamp, jaggery, mauli/ red thread, bael leaf, honey, paan/ betel leaf, coconut and datura/ camphor.
