    RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:<\/u><\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the period of 48 (Forty Eight) hours (or as per the period mentioned specifically for that product on the website) if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      (i).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Was delivered in a physically damaged condition;<\/p>\n

      (ii).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Has missing parts or accessories; and\/or<\/p>\n

      (iii).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Is different from what was ordered.<\/p>\n

      1. An item shall not be eligible for return in event of any of the following conditions:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        (i).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is marked as \u201cnon-returnable\u201d;<\/p>\n

        (ii).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is no longer needed by the customer;<\/p>\n

        (iii.)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It is an already exchanged item;<\/p>\n

        (iv).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The order was wrongly placed due to the customer\u2019s mistake; or<\/p>\n

        (v).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The customer does not like any aesthetic aspect of the item ordered as is.<\/p>\n

        1. In general, any service offerings are eligible for refund upon cancellation within the period of 24 (Twenty Four) hours (or as per the period mentioned specifically for that service on the website) from such order purchase, for e.g. the cancellation period and refund for booked accommodation shall be subject to the cancellation policy of the concerned accommodation.<\/li>\n
        2. All items shall be returned in their original condition, in the original manufacturer\u2019s box\/packaging as delivered to the purchaser by the Company to the Company within 5 (Five) working days from the authorisation of the Company. The Company shall further forward such item to the Merchant. Any and all costs incurred during such return\/refund shall be borne by the Merchant.<\/li>\n
        3. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of any information, in case of any electronic device returned with such information.<\/li>\n
        4. If the customer has paid for the order using bank account\/credit card\/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to his\/her bank\/credit card account within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of pick-up\/receipt of the returned item.<\/li>\n
        5. The customer\u2019s refund is subject to quality check for application of the above stated exceptions or at the discretion of the Company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
